gemeldet und möchte Sprechstunden für Studis anbieten, die in
Notfallsituationen ganz dringend jemanden zum Reden brauchen. Sie
ist keine Psychologin oder Therapeutin. It needs to be checked how
the offer had to be formulated in order to be legally allowed. There
are similar offers (e.g. by the SWFR) but they eventually have
limited availability/ different focus. More questions: should it be

crusade" vs. "anti-rat policy": creating tension vs.
seriosity. Another aspect is that "Rattenschutz" sounds
like being positive about rats -> rather irrelevant. </p>

<li><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm">Gilt die Dringlichkeit für den
Raumausschuss nur, wenn tatsächlich keine AStA-Sitzung mehr vor der
Veranstaltung ist, oder auch wenn eine Gruppe aus Planungsgründen
Dringlichkeit ankündigt?</p>

Räume möglichst oft zur Verfügung zu stellen</p>

dadurch gegeben werden, dass das Sekretariat sagt dass der Raum
noch frei ist und vorreserviert wird</p>

Umgang mit Einreichungsfristen aufzuweichen wäre inkonsequent.
Allerdings besteht keine formale Frist für Raumanträge.</p>

diese Legislatur.</p>
<li><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm">In jedem Fall im Juli schon
ankündigen dass Raumanträge für Ersti-Woche rechtzeitig zu
stellen sind. Außerdem bei AStA-GO-Änderung daran denken, die
Lebensdauer des Raumausschusses pragmatischer zu gestalten.</p>

entscheiden, die auch in der Erstiwoche liegen/der Raumausschuss
darf auch nach dem 30.9. entscheiden, aber es soll eigentlich in
der Sitzung am 6.10. entschieden werden/in der Sitzung vom 6.10.
muss über Raumanträge ab dem 7.10. entschieden werden, der
Raumausschuss endet mit dem 30.9./Enthaltung): Der AStA stimmt
der ersten Option zu.</p>
